Great strait forward Doctor. Office staff was an issue in the past but it has apparently been Corrected. He is fantastic and the new office staff is on point, I would highly recommend his practice.

Office staff is absolutely horrible. Called to get a refill on my prescription and was not even asked my name. Despite being extremely polite to this woman, she gives short, rude replies and hangs up on you mid sentence. I've tried to put up with her, but she has me considering finding a new primary care physician just so I don't have to deal with her.

Dr Vallecillo is very good. Office staff is another story, have trouble refilling scripts. Call office tell you they will take care of it, two days later check pharmacy no script. Pharmacy sends fax, next day no script. Go to office, office staff call in script, but its now 5 days later and you run out of medicine for your blood pressure and it really up now.
