On Nov.11.2012 my wife and I were on our 4th store that day shopping for mattresses. What we found out is, there is a lot of mattresses out there for sale and salespeople that don't know the product nor do they know what they are talking about. We stopped in at Joplimo Mattress store #5 at 1922 E Independence St in Springfield. The moment we walked in we were greeted by Jared and Brian L. and was asked how we can be helped. We said we were looking for a king mattress and base. We told them the type of mattress comfort we were looking for and after about 6 mattresses Jared recommended the Serendipity for it's comfort and firmness level. After spending several minutes on the mattress we were then explained the proper care, warranty, comfort guarantee, Price Assurance Guarantee, and the accessories can be purchased and that they would also pick up our old mattresses at no charge. I was so impressed with Jared and Brain L. with their knowledge of their products and their professionalism that I told my wife we should consider this mattress and this store for our purchase. I wanted to check out one more store so we said we would be back in a day or two. We returned the very next day and purchased the Serendipity mattress, the platform base, and mattress cover and decided to have everything delivered. Based on the number of stores and salespersons we spoke to, my wife and I believe we got a super price for our purchase. A few days later when the mattress was delivered they completely setup the frame, platform base and mattress at no charge. I am again impressed. We have currently owned this mattress approximately 1.5 months and we could not be happier. If you are looking for great bedding, good customer service, knowledgeable people,Joplimo Mattress is where you want to shop. I give them a 10 out of ten for our purchase.

Their mattresses become divits. Before you buy look thru the reviews I wish I had. Read the warrantee. You have to go back to the manufacturer. It cost $90 to have it delivered to the factory and another $90 to have it returned unless you want to put the king size mattress on your roof and drive it to the factory. I am dizzy from rotating mattress every week. Have tripped over the foot of the bed now that the mattress is sideways. It take two days to press down the divit from last week and three more days to create a new divit. My mattress also sagged 1 1/4 inches in 3 weeks without anyone on it and 5 inches with a body on it. But when I came back the next day, I was greeted by a young man named Brian who told me that the mattress that I was quoted would actually cost 25% more.
