Do yourself a favor and don't use this builder. I had cracks in the foundation from a Jones Custom Builder home that I had purchased. Other problems also. My neighbor also has a Jones house and it had problems. Jones was not very helpful in correcting the problems.

Scott Jones does excellent work. Do yourself a favor and see his homes up close for yourself ... especially if you are considering a "cookie cutter" tract home whose foundation will probably crack on you in the next few years.
