My wife and I absolutely loved working with Jon. He took out all the fear, uncertainty and hassles. Looking back, our only regret is not having met Jon in time to use his services for the sale of our house.

The best experience we had with buying and selling our home was Jonathan Hayward. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Sold our house in 2 days for more than the asking price! When we purchased a new house he did tons of research to find just what we wanted and took us out all day long several times and helped us get into our dream home. Could not be happier.

Jonathon did an exceptionally amazing job in getting us into our new home. We were living in St. George at the time and it was difficult and time consuming for us to travel back and forth to view properties.
Jonathan did all the "leg" work and found us a wonderful home in an area we like.
He handled all the negotiations and hassles that can sometimes plague buying a home.

We listed our home on a Thursday and our home had a offer on Sunday. One month later we closed.

Jonathan helped us buy our new Condo. He knew what we wanted and we did not have to look a lot to find our dream home.
