I dont know why people are giving Dr. Mercado less than what he deserves because of some office staff. If you are looking for a doctor that knows what he is doing, compassionate and have a good bed side manners then he is your guy. He even visited me in the neuro ICU when i had subdural hemmorhage secondary to ruptured aneurysm.... now beat that! He also work at the facility where i work and...
Office is chock full of unintelligent, uncaring ninnies. I don't think they realize that they're in the business of health CARE. Every time I've had to call the office, it's a painful experience of having to repeat myself (because they don't listen well), and several times when I've asked them to call in a prescription, they simply don't do it until I chase after them with a 2nd or 3rd call....
