The only way to get a return phone call, email or get him to do his job is to threaten to turn him into the NC Bar. His eaxct words--sometimes you have to kick your lawyer in his fat a $$ to get him to do his job. It took another week and threat to call the local TV station and NC Attorney General to get the work done.
