Since Bob and Cheryl took over the place years ago, I have always enjoyed the great value and decent food. Cheryl is especially nice and kind. I feel at home while dining there. The food lacks where the atmosphere excels. The menu is different now, but it still has the same old tiresome variety like pot roast and fried fish. All you can eat crab-legs is the best idea to come out of that...

My wife & I along with friends used to frequent Johns, now called Blackstones. Their food has changed for the worst, their prices went up, they eliminated happy hour, and no longer have lil deuce coupe as their oldies band whom we love to go and see which is why we went there. Their service is not what it used to be and the personalities have definitely changed for the worse. Don't waste your hard earned money there. They are all two faced & smile to your face but strictly business. They put on a heck of a facade. Very phony people. we are passing the word out for everyone to stay away from...
