John's Auto Body deserves no stars. I'm truly an ungrateful and unsatisfied customer due to their current collaboration with the Syracuse Police department. During a recent end of season SU home game, John's Auto Body towed about 10 vehicles from one small section of Harrison St. at the start of the game for parking on the wrong side of the street. I was amazed by the job they did in my car, it was wonderful. My car was total wreck and they were able to fix all my auto body problems which I am thankful for since I will now be driving a brand new looking car. Thanks again

I simply came here because of all the great reviews I read online. I was intimidated when I saw all the high performance cars parked in the garage, thinking they wouldn't look twice at me. I came in through the door with a clunker I dragged all the way from Alaska and a tight budget. I was treated like a close friend and left there with confidence and more knowledge about my vehicle as they explained everything ever step of the way. I have never been so satisfied in my life. I would go a very long way to get this customer service and craftsmanship again
