I ordered three panzarotti's from you tonight. I had a coupon which was brand new for three original panzarotti's for $14.50. On the phone a woman answered and was extremely rude saying it was $14.99. My first impression was "the woman on the phone is really nasty. I don't know if I still want these", but I figured I'd give it a try anyway.
Things went downhill when we went inside. I showed her two coupons both which were valid and from YOUR pizzeria. And she didn't even glance at them. She said she'd accepted them, but when we left and look at our receipt we see she didn't take off the coupons.
We went back in to talk to her about the coupons and being overcharged. She rolled her eyes, threw her hands in the area, and went to get her co-worker. When we seen that she through her hands up at us we asked "Do you have a problem?" and her response was, excuse my language, "What the f@!k?".
At that point we asked for a full refund. I don't trust food from places with such poor customer service. I bet she spit in the food.
We also called your business to speak to the owner when we got home and couldn't even so much as get an apology? Really? Is that too much to ask for?

Very straightforward food for a Philly-area pizza joint. Prices are great and cheesesteaks are surprisingly very good. Definitely one of the best quick food stops in the area.
Great pizza, fast delivery and it's heads and toes above the other local places. I moved to Sewell 4 years ago and finally found a spot that saves me a trip across the bridge for good Pizza....

We ordered the Chicken Florentine pizza and received the Chicken Parmigiana pizza. I called to let them know the order was incorrect... They fought me tooth and nail saying what the delivered what what I ordered. They did attempt to read back the order but the English is difficult to understand so I may have off …
