We needed carpet cleaning and stretching for an empty house. John did a job well done with cleaning and explained his reasons for not stretching, which I found another service to do. I appreciated his willingness to not do something he could not. Again, the cleaning service was timely and thorough and as he said, would take two days to dry fully.
