Absolutely the worst office staff relating to referral appointments you will ever see. You never know who is responsible for the appointment. You can never get an answer through conversation and have to review on MyChart. Even then weeks go by and you don't have a clear understanding of your referral appointment.. Doctor Velky's Nurse will not call you when or if your appointment is scheduled....

My husband and I both see Dr. Florentino or her PA. We've been very pleased with the ease of appointments, the thoroughness of exams, and the patient education (i.e. self checking, use of sunscreen). They err on the side of caution, and when it comes to skin, the largest "organ" of your body, that's important. Highly recommended!

i have used dr. velky for over 20 years now and i absolutely adore him but his office staff is another thing . the front desk has always been rude & unprofessional and the office manager has no personal skills . i have been able to look past all of that until recently i was told that my husband would not be able to see dr velky since he is a new patient . i was transferred to the office manager...

Dr Velky Has helped me with different problems but the biggest thing is he listens to his patients ! It's very refreshing to have a Dr that truly cares !

One of the procedures was bellafill which was $1,600 and it did work on 1 side of my face. When I discussed it with the doctor she said she would not make it right. "I am sorry you aren't happy but it will be another $800 to give another treatment." The other procedure was $500. I was told a touch up would have to be done. I paid cash over $2,000.00.
