We had a very unpleasant experience when my grandmother passed away. We had a 2 day visitation/funeral arranged at this funeral home, however we were made to feel rushed and told several times how many funerals they had coming in behind us. We were urged to take our pictures and any flowers we wanted to keep, home with us after the first day. The day of the funeral they tried to get us to do our final good buy and walk past the casket in the visitation room and skip it during the funeral ceremony because they were pressed for time. Very insensitive to do to a family experiencing a loss. They may have many funerals to do but this was the only one we cared about.
If I could give it more stars I would! Every one there is awesome. They went above and beyond for my family. We were going through a very hard time with both my grandparents passing very close...
Great job on my mom's funeral very friendly kind compassionate people called my dad to make sure everything was going alright. I highly recommend having your loved ones laid out there.
