Help us make it rightI've been going to Dr. John for about 3 years now. His staff is efficient and courteous. I've never waited for more than 5 minutes to be escorted into a room and he is there shortly thereafter. Recently I had a bad foot injury and he was so kind and the procedure was painless. I appreciate his time and services.
My appointment was ignored by the doctor and the staff. Waited 30 minutes without notice, indicated that to the front desk person to no avail. My time is very valuable to me, seems not to the doctor nor the staff.
