Doctor Lim, his staff are just top of the scale! Made a potentially uncomfortable procedure ,mine was considered complex ,a smooth and actually pleasant process! 1-10 I give them a 20!

Compared to other different types of doctor, I'd rate this whole experience as my worst one. The staff here are so unhelpful and couldn't care less when you speak with them. That is, if you can even reach them in the first place. I find it highly irresponsible of them to never return phone calls when a message has been left. They don't care to update you or guide you through the whole process....

The doctor is fine. His staff is horrible. Incompetent, impatient, mistakes and doesn't care about any problems a patient is having before or after surgery. Refuses to return phone calls and will not admit mistakes. The accounting department for Houston Eye Associates is deplorable. Worst experience ever. Due to his staff, I will not be returning to Houston Eye Associates or John Lim.
