I am a property manager and had used John's service for over 10 years. Each job has been professional, speedy, reliable, NEAT, reasonably priced and on time.

John Koukoutas made a bid (which I accepted the following day) and gave me a firm date for the job: December 15-16. Over the following month, I called TWICE to reconfirm. Bessie even told me they would move my date up if there was a cancellation. John told me not to worry to call him a few days in advance with my color selections. On December 11th I faxed over my color selections. Friday the 14th I called John at 8 A.M. to ask when the painters would arrive. John said he was unable to do the job. I told him this was unacceptable because it is the holiday season. He said he would talk to his uncle and try to get several of his uncle's guys. John said "I'll call you back before the day is over". It is now Saturday afternoon. My books are packed for temporary storage in another apartment. There are color patches on my living room wall and the wallpaper is stripped in my kitchen. John never called back and I only get the answering machine at his office and his cell numbers.
