John was extremely professional, prompt, and helpful during the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of questions and John helped me understand what was happening at every turn of the road. It is very reassuring to have someone who is supportive and can give you honest advice. I can't recommend him enough.

My experience with John was simply, in a word, excellent. He is extremely reliable, responsive, knowledgeable and proactive. John was an excellent agent to work with. He was very responsive and knowledgeable about the buying, requirements and approval process for affordable housing units in Boston. He was easy to get in contact with and was very helpful in passing along messages to BPDA and lawyers in the process! Highly recommended!
