My children and myself have been seen in this office for 6 years now. And everyone there is great. I am always able to get right in for emergencies and I never have had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to get in to see the doctor, even when I am late or early. bad first impression

I called to make an appointment with this practice because I have just moved to chatham IL and I was told that I would have to fill out a questionnaire and then the doctors would have to DECIDE if they wanted to take me. Are doctors that rich in Chatham IL that they can decide which sick patients they want or don't want? Maybe I should have pointed out that I have insurance.
