Information about this business (2)

Now, after 30 years and with the help of many fine employees, family, friends and satisfied customers, Johanna's Kitchen has become the home of "country fresh and homestyle food!"

The highlight of the menu at Johanna's Kitchen is breakfast, which can be ordered at any time. If you plan to order the country-fried steak and eggs, plan on wearing your elastic-waist pants, because you will likely be stuffed to the core. Lunches are made up of several different and large sandwiches, such as the Turkey Blaster (turkey, lettuce, tomato, and melted Swiss). Dinner is even bigger...

Bring an appetite. You'll get a big, solid meal for a decent price.

The Scene
An old-West motif dominates. Sit down and get ready to be greeted by a bevy of high school-aged waiters--it almost feels like you're in some Junior Achievement class...

The poor service seemed to be because I wasn't a regular, or maybe I just wasn't a man. Last time I was there they stuck me in the back room (had space elsewhere) where it was freezing cold. Then they brought in a large group and I had trouble getting out past them. The food was average, and the prices...

We head heard about this place over the years and finally got to try it out. It was an old school place and looked like it had once been a great place. The men's restroom had a pretty nasty aroma and I had to get out quickly. The food however was good. The burgers were big and tasty. There could...

Food is bland and prepared hastily; sandwiches lack meat, soups are either so bland or all salt, Their Chili Verde omelet used to be so good- now it has awful! Service is great but they need to pay attention in their kitchen.

Johanna's is a great place for home cooked meals. Breakfasts are ample and reasonably priced. Service is good without being overbearing. Great for families

Who Wants Pie?

Johanna's is famous for pie and they've always got a nice variety available. Have a slice for dessert or get a whole one ($4.99-$6.99) to take home.
