I was sitting down thinking the other day about how many times you and State Farm have helped me, my wife and family with insurance related problems. I am writing this to let you know that you and your office staff are superior when it pertains to customer service and satisfaction. As you know, I am an
insurance adjuster and I deal with many walks of life...just as you do. I do know from my past experiences that finding an agent as well as a friend with the honest and integrity that you show is virtually impossible. I also would like to thank you for teaching me a better way of investing our hard earned money. I can only hope that all State Farm agents, new or old, use you as a prime example of how a business is run and how people are treated.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that I have received excellent customer service from Joey Strickland and his staff. Recently my bank changed names and I have my automobile insurance drafted. I called the office to see what I needed to do to changed everything over and Ashley had already called the bank and taken care of everything for me. Also, All State cancelled my homeowners insurance and Ashley was very helpful in finding me another insurance carrier. I would recommend them to anyone.

Farm Insurance- Joey Strickland’s office. I have been a customer for several months now and I have enjoyed working with Stephanie Koger. When I decided to switch insurance companies Stephanie made it so simple. She meet me at my convenience and everything she told me was accurate. She never mislead me in anyway. She explained my policy and other options that were beneficial for me and my family. When I have a question I email her and with in the hour she responds to me.
