Joey & Roman is the best salon - the entire staff is professional, friendly, and fun! I actually look forward to getting my hair done it's so relaxing! I've never been so happy with my hair, and everyone I've sent there feels the same way!

My bad experience started out with making an appointment. The receptionist was rude and short with you from the beginning. He was not helpful deciding who to schedule an appointment with. When I walked in the receptionist just stared at us instead of greeting or smiling. Had to wait 20 minutes without being told why or how long. The stylist didn't listen to what I wanted and totally...
