Transplanted from Miami, this "swank" surf 'n' turfer near the White House is a "lobbyist" lair right "out of a Rat Pack movie" thanks to its "excellent" steak and shellfish options (particularly the "perfectly light" fried oysters); true, it may be an "expense-account splurge", but "you get what you pay for" at this "old-fashioned" joint.

This is a beautiful restaurant in downtown DC. Accessible from Capitol hill. The bar is especially pretty. Dining room can get loud. Great steak and seafood.

My family of four had dinner here recently. First of all, even though valet is expensive...go for it.
