Rudest Bus Company Ever

I called this company for a price on a bus. The woman who answered the phone was polite but it was obvious that she didn't know what she was doing. Apparently, only one person at the company is able to give out prices. It took all day for this person (Melissa I think) to call me back. When she finally called me back, she sort of gave me a price. She said it would be this much money. Then there may or may not be additional charges on top of that. It would depend on whether or not there are parking fees or other such charges. Then she went on to say that while we weren't using the bus...

Reasonable prices. New and up to date coaches. Clean restrooms and environment. Friendly staff. Good service. Every trip I've taken has been enjoyable.
