We refunded Brett's Money but would not pay for his synthetic oil change at the dealer

Brett did come in for our oil change special. $18.88 plus your filter is the pricing for oil changes at JMc. This usually totals just under $30.00 with filter cost and Haz Waste fee. I went in for a cheap, quick oil change on a Saturday afternoon. Everything went according to plan except for weeks later when my car began sputtering and the "check engine" light came on.
I immediately took it to a VW dealer for service and they indicated that the wrong type of oil had been placed into the car.
After notifying Jimmy McDavid and the staff at JMC, they did refund my oil...
