On May 10, 2016 I called Gus to have repair done on my LG smart TV through LG service repair company and recommended JandK electronics. It's been almost a whole month and haven't received a call or text. Gus was quick on getting pictures of the TV and receipts but has failed on his customer service skills. I called LG and changing service after reading all the reviews not worth it.

I called J&K at the beginning of the June to get some info about our TV that wasn't working. I was told that they did indeed service our area and that it was a $59 service call but that the $59 was applied to the bill if you ended up getting the TV repair done. Gus showed up and went to work on my TV on June 10th as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem to be a power supply. As we discussed...

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

The service technicians are inexperienced and the owner is unethical. After a week of having my TV repaired it quit working. After setting several appointments to have it fixed again, nobody ever showed up. Several calls to the owner got me nothing but excuses and lies. Needless to say, it is now 6 months later and my TV is still not repaired!!!!
