Jive Turkey is the turkey boutique featured on a number of morning news networks. Why? Because they ship delicious fried turkey around the country.

The Brooklyn restaurant offers a number of delicious sandwiches with their trademark meat. The brioche they use is absolutely delicious. The interior is pretty and the service was friendly enough.

Not a fan. Turkey was dry and the sides were bland. Also, their restaurant grade was not posted, which is a requirement. However, I think it is in their power to do better and hope they do.

I fell in love with the idea of fried turkey years ago, but did not know where to try it until I saw this place featured on the Travel Channel. Wonderful, Wonderful, Delicious and finger licking.
