Excellent service. Jim s did what I asked and finished the project way ahead of schedule. Knowledgeable of electronics and a master at the repair work.

the worst customer service i ever experience. they hangup on me on the phone and it took them 4 months just to fix my tv. the tv dont even totally fix after all. i seriously wont do any business with them...

If you live in the area check with the Better Business Bureau before using any repair shop. Jims V/A is listed as unsatifactory and after my experience I'm not surprised.
