Unbelievable service! I bought tires from another retailer and misplaced the tire lock key. The retailer I went to could not get the tire lock off. I drove to Jim's tire center and Mark was gracious enough to help me out! He got the locks off and really saved me a great deal of trouble. It's nice to have good people around to help out! I will definitely be back again! Thanks Mark!!

Satisfied with the service provided by Jim tire. My car runs really well after replacing tire. It had some vibration before I went for installation and therefore I requested for balancing in all four tires even though I was replacing just two tires. They did really good job as my vibrations are almost gone. They seem to be very knowledgeable and efficient in there work. The only issue I faced...

Did a trial run at home trying to get chains on my tires and wasn't having any luck - went to Jim's an hour before closing and they were so helpful!! They suggested cables so I bought those and then they put them on for me and allowed me to put them on so I'd be comfortable and confident on the mountain. No charge for this and they didn't make me feel rushed. Awesome group of men.... Incredible...

The best of the best. Our family would go nowhere else. Honest and helpful. Everyone is willing to go the extra mile. Come in 5 minutes before closing for air I your tire. No problem. Not the least bit annoyed. Went over and above to help out my daughter. No one gives this kind of service anymore. Jim does. TWO THUMBS UP!!
