took my vacuum into Jim's and waited 2 weeks. When I called after 1 week to check on it, they said they did not know exactly what was wrong with it. Then they claimed they ordered parts for repair. When I called to ask to again when it woud lbe ready and the cost. It was close to $300 for the repair. I picked it up and took it to an "authorized" repair place. They fixed it for $60.

My experience at Jim's was very positive. He was courteous, professional, and friendly. He made an effort to get to know me even though I was from out of town. After spending 100s on a Riccar ( btw highly rec. by the salesman & the only brand he even suggested) we were highly dissappointed that it stopped working after 1 1/2 months. I recently bought a SEBO Vacuum cleaner from Jim's in Bethel Park. Never have I met a more rude, unpleasant business man. He greeted me with an "Ah S**t" when I walked in with a Dyson for a repair opinion. Apparantly he likes to sell Dyson, but not work on them. If there were another Sebo Dealer around, I wouldn't deal with Jim's Vacuum Service.
