Dipped here after hitting up Jim's. Average ambience and only so so service. Same owners also own the Turkish restaurant below. Its a small family owned spot and they do the best with the space...

Worst service ever! We were served an ice bucket - no cups ... Took 20min to get shisha then another 40min for my food with no utensils. Then my friends had to go downstairs to get their own food they ordered. WE EVENTUALLY GOT CUPS - to go with our melting ice bucket. They need better service. …

The waiter dropped the burning coal on me, which burned through my new ski pants. At the end, we still paid the full price and didn't receive any compensation for the accident. Not the experience I was hoping for.
