After eating Jimmy John's for years, we moved to Gurnee and use this location as well as the one on Grand in Gurnee. I've been here at least 20+ times ordering for a family of 4, and 90% of the time…

Usually this place is left to be run by teenagers…enough said.
The music is too loud, they can’t hear your order, and don’t care if they get it right.

I didn’t actually get what I ordered, so no review.
