I don't know if they are as fast as they are on their ads on TV, but I do know they make a very good sandwhich and the service is very friendly. As I travel about, I try to avoid the usual fast food choices because they are full of hidden fats, salts etc. Jimmie John's is a great alternative....

We avoid this place like the plague - both my and my husband's experiences involved some of the most disrespectful and impatient service people we have ever come across. This would happen every time we were there, so the entire chain has now officially forever lost our business. On top of that, the sandwiches are average, at best. Not worth...
