Never do business with this company. They are disrespectful, rude, and inconsiderate. My home warranty company contracted them for a repair. They set the appointment and never showed up. When they finally called me back (the next day after making calls the previous day) they were EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I've never heard a man belittle and degrade a woman the way that man did me....

Horrible service and a very untrained technican. DO NOT USE THEM. Had a service tech out to the house for a television repair. He use unprofessional and had no real clue of what he was doing. At the price of HDTVs today this company has no business trying to repair them. Could not correct the problem correctly and I had to call in a different company to repair my televsion.

Excellent service. I had a wedding coming up when our big screen tv went out. Tony put a rush on the service so it would be back in time. They were very professional and caring. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a service techican named Billie from Gunter at my home to repair a HDTV. This repairman was very unprofessional and inexperienced. Had parts left over when finished and the TV didnt function properly. He even had to call the manufacturer to figure out why the TV wouldnt come on at first. Turns out he rewired it wrong. Contacted the owner directly and he would not stand up for the problems...
