My mother and I have been going to this place for years. Its been great! Haven't had any problems yet and great service for the price. I once went to a different dry cleaners off Agoura Rd since it was closer, and they were SO overly priced and returned my item completely covered in hair and said it was "cleaned". So I will never stray away from Jim Dandy's again. No complaints about Jim Dandy's!

If you want your clothes ruined upon its return, this is your place. My nightmare: Dropped off black cashmere sweater and dark brown jacket. What I got back was a big whole on the back of my black sweater and a light brown jacket. I could go on, but I don't want to get any more upset than necessary.

This place is fairly new to the plaza and they do excellent work. It is family owned and it is not unusual to have the owner's 2 year old grand daughter greet you at the counter.We have been going here since they opened and are very happy with their quality!
