We've used Jim for both of the homes we've purchased. He went the extra mile for our second home. We had a very specific area we wanted to live and Jim showed all the available homes on the market, some of them 2 or 3 times!! Jim literally was knocking on doors of people in random neighborhoods seeing if there was an interest to sell!!! He found us exactly what we wanted and negotiated a buy...

Phenomenal agent and all around great person. He is honest, straight forward, and super patient. He isn't just trying to make a commmision, he honestly wants you to find a home that means something to you, and he is always just a phone call way if you need help. My whole experience was absolutely pain free. I'm a lifetime customer and will be using Jim for all my future real estate purchases.

Jim was awesome, fast, professional, easy to work with. His relationship has lasted even years after we bought our home with him. I absolutely would recommend him to anyone looking top buy or sell a property.

Jim sold a house for me a few years back. He promised me he could get me more money then I could by selling it myself. He not only came through on his promise, but had a cash offer in less than 5 days of listing the house. Jim is an excellent Real Estate Professional that I recommend to all my friends.
