I must say at first I was quite pleased with the service, the friendliness and speed of everything. My fiancé, daughter and I have been going here for quite some time and never had any issues. So with that being the case, I was convinced that the problem I had within a week of my oil change and service would be handled appropriately. I was quite mistaken. Desperately needed an oil change, in a hurry, and they were able to get me in quick! Plus, it was done within 20 min. I was able to get a FABULOUS deal as well. The workers were friendly and eager to help. I will be back for my next oil change!

I actually work at the Jiffy Lube in Puyallup (store #2576) and can tell you that, we do, in fact, have an additive that we use to convert our transmission fluids to be compatible with various vehicles.
Also, the machine's that we use at this particular location do not use an independent pump to circulate the transmission fluid, they use the vehicles transmission pressure.
