The first time this happened was when Jiffy Lube changed my serpentine belt(s).  I started getting loud squeling noises.  I took it to a AAA mechanic, they notified me that whoever (Jiffy Lube) changed my belt forgot to put the second one, for the air conditioninig/etc. back on...The second incident was more recent, the exact next time I went to Jiffy Lube for just an oil change.  They...

Went in for an oil change, but they discovered my battery needed to be replaced as well. I was worried about the cost and the time it would take, they got me in and out in less than an hour AND gave me great discounts on parts and service. I will be back!

They are very professional and efficient. I have to admit some of the workers look a little shady, but they are all very nice.
