Manager, John at the Jiffy Lube in Harrisonburg, Va, was extremely rude and arrogant when I arrived to return my Uhaul rental truck. Although I was schedule to drop this rental at this location, John wanted to know why I was bringing it back there. This place was great! They were busy and I was still in and out faster than anywhere else I've been to in the area. The manager took time to thank me and the entire staff seemed to be happy to be at work. That almost struck me as odd. I recommend this business.

This place was fine. They're under new ownership since that last review. They were correct about the amount of time it would take. As usual with Jiffy Lube, they tried to upgrade the services. But they were fine when we refused. They still did a good job.
