1st time using them, but always a fan of Jiffy Lube. They have a great military discount and knocked out all the things I needed to have done. They never called, so we spent a lot of time wandering around the area until we decided to come back and the car had been done for 15 or so minutes, other than that, great service!

So you pride your self on that 75$ ticket average? Managers do care that you are right because they do not hit bonus if the TA is not at your franchise min.
