Absolute crooks!!! Stay away, far, far away! They lie, cheat and steal from you. I just put brand new wipers on my car (Expensive ones) and since it's a company car leased to us by Donlen, they called them and lied to them saying my blades were desperately needing replacements. They then installed their total trash blades and threw mine away. When I complained they said it had nothing to do...

JIFFY LUBE IN EDMOND, OKLAHOMA FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN MY CAR. Not only do I have witness' that will testify that there was absolutely NO OIL in my car. But I spent $80 on a FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. I went out of town and called Jiffy Lube 3 times talking to ADAM, and DANNY. The assistant manager, and the manager. Danny was very considerate.... so I thought. He told me he would refund my card...
