I have been calling for the last two days have left countless messages. No one has picked up or called me back. The pharmacist faxed a refill order & no one had responded. Dr Dejesus is awesome but his staff arent.

I first called Dr DeJesus's practice in Aug, 2017. Horrible experience from the very beginning. Dr DeJesus is not the issue. It's the way his practice is managed. His staff is uncaring & unfriendly. I was a referal patient of Dr. DeJesus in the early 1990s. He was able to provide a diagnosis of a condition I had been experiencing for nearly a decade within minutes, when I had been without a diagnosis from multiple doctors, including military & VA.

Quick to make contact when needed for health problems, listen to your problem works hard to get relief for me, and perceptions filled. I drive 90 miles one way to see him

I made three appointments to have injections on my knee to relief pain. I go to appointments only to have injections cancelled. This after prior confirmation days before and being assured by staff that treatment/injection would be there. Will not return to this doctor and recommend others avoid lest you get the same experience.
