This was our first visit to Jessica's, which we had driven past for years saying, "we've got to try that sometime. The building looks lovely!" Well we finally tried it and were delighted with the whole experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the service was very good, and the food was excellent. I had the raw oysters and osso bucco and my wife had the chicken liver pate and crab...
Nice dinner with a few friends before a show. Service was little slow and just barely made it to the show on time; we did notify the waitress ahead of time that we were on a time constraint.
Everything about our meal was exceptional. What we didn't know was that it was winter graduation weekend for the college. There was a very lively group on each side. Not enough to harm my experience, but with the same knowledge, I might pick a different time to come and eat. Definitely worth going. I'll go again, but I'll check the college calendar first.
Our group had the gnocchi, duck and salmon - all were delicious - not a speck of food left on our dishes. Desserts - key lime cheesecake, lemon tart and maple creme brûlée - nothing left on anyone's plate! Absolutely delicious, loved the ambiance and the service was wonderful!!
