Would have been zero ,if possible. Staff is extremely unprofessional, never really seen Dr. Licuanan-only the nurse practioner, Mrs. Vicente. Have been trying to get an appointment for a cough going on 3 months, or medicine. No luck. Can't speak with the doctor, so I had to change providers before I DIE!
