Went for alterations on daughters dress. Did not perform work agreed upon, and skirt length uneven. Denied even what was agreed upon, even though daughter also agreed that it was clear. Was then rude and tried to avoid phone calls. Very unprofessional.

We went to the Jesse Custom Tailor & Tuxedo to get my jacket zipper fixed and they fixed it and I got alot of use out of it Thanks Jesse so give them the chance to fix your clothing.
