They don't return phone calls. As a blogger walking for Team Jenny at the Dallas Heart Walk I was going to redeem my one month free at Jenny Craig via this location. Unfortunately they don't return phone calls. So much for support? I still believe in the group since my sister did so well with them. I will try another location.
