ID RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT! Purchased the spa at the Big E in Springfield Sept 2019. Was installed indoors the following month. After three weeks I noticed my electric bill was double and found the spa running continuously. Jellybelly came out three times to try to adjust the settings but it still ran at all hours of the night. Their techs admitted that they didn't know much about the product. I told them to remove it I no longer wanted it ( I did not see any no return policy on anything I signed). Their response was not from the owner or rep but from an attorney who I declined to take his call (I did not wish to be intimidated by an attorney). Apparently from other reviews this is how they handle consumer complaints and concerns, not from the owner or manager but by an attorney. I disputed my credit card charge and awaiting the outcome.
