I sold my 98 VW Bettle over the phone for $700.00. When the tow truck arrived he paid me only $600.00, saying that I will bring $100.00 tomorrow. He signed the bill of sale for $700.00. I got into a car accident. Jeff's was called by the police not by my choice. It took 40 minutes to arrive (for a 5 minute drive.. is was during business hours on a Thursday)

That isnt the part that was horrible. I requested my car be brought to a specific location where someone would be waiting for him. The driver agreed. I went about my day even though upset and shaken up from the accident....
