I have to say, the biggest problem I have with Jefferson Gravois Tire is their lackadaisical attitude.

They're not attentive to their customers, and have painfully poor communication skills. I've gone in for estimates five different times, and have decided never to return.

I expect a modicum of politeness and attentiveness when I walk in the door of a business, and these guys just seemed...

I took my car in for what I thought was a front axle problem and being female I bet some ppl would have fixed that for me but these guys were honest and greased a stopper and only charged my $37 for all their work. In and out in an hour. Was going to be almost $400 at another shop.

I have been a customer at Jefferson Gravios Tire since 1972. They are not only my repair shop. They have also become my friends. I recommend them for being honest and caring and very good servicemen. I could not find a better shop. Norma
