This is definitely a good idea when your hungry for home cookin'. Service is always speedy, friendly, and courteous! Food is not fancy, just cooked to order and toasty hot!

I love this place. Home town restaurant with great and speedy service. I always know that when I go there the food is just as I order it, there is more than enough to eat, the food is fresh and it is reasonably priced. Like I said...I love this place!!!!!!

The three major food groups are well covered here....meat....potatoes...and gravy! Great steaks, chops and burgers. Hash browns are home made and service is fast. The owners work the kitchen and floor on a regular basis so their standards are kept up. Not the kind of place to take a prom date but a great mom and pop family style place....

Jean's Cottage Inn is one of those places that it is easy to drive by. There are no restaurants around it and it is an unassuming building. It is a local favorite!! Their steaks are cooked on the flat top and tend to be thin so that they are cooked to perfection. One of my favorites is the hamburger steak...
