I bought a VW turnkey engine from JCS and went on my trip to Arizona right after the engine was installed. Broke down due to engine failure and towed to a small local auto repair shop. Old guy tells me not a good idea to put long strenous miles on a new engine. We purchased a turnkey engine from JCS. First road trip, less than 300 miles on engine we had to be towed home. They did pay to have engine shipped back, repaired it shipped it back to us.
