Staff is hit and miss. There are a couple of friendly, helpful salespeople but there are a few that just ignore you when you walk in. Rude staff. I actually didn't buy the shoes I loved because the "stylist" was so patronizing and so rude...I rather order online or when I'll b next to another jcrew in 2 weeks.
